Made in collaboration with Storycatchers and Network Rail, this film uses 2D animation to explain the consequences of unsafe behaviour near a railway to Key Stage 2 students (9–11 years old).
It’s part of a wider campaign of educational videos aimed at children for the addition of rail safety to the UK schools curriculum. This film and further resources can be found at the Switched On rail safety website.
As well as animating the cartoon 2D segments, Chicken Fruit appears in the live action sections of the above film, with our art director and lead animator Jonny making his presenting debut (and our producer Lindsey there at the beginning mostly trying to hide the big spot on her chin).
